Designer House Selected
"The Morning Glory Room will be designed by Phase2 Architecture and Interiors of Jenkintown. Designer Beth Farquharson, along with principal designer Jay Leistner and Pam McKeon, plan to transform the space. It is the group’s second designer house showing in the area."
Dear Friends at Phase 2,
How can Jim and I even start to thank you for the Cape May project’s outcome? Our house is beautiful and functional beyond our hopes and expectations. We can’t stay away - even in the dead of winter!
I am considering becoming a docent. A dozen strangers have walked by, and so obviously want a tour, that I am happy to welcome them in. Their jaws just drop when they walk in the front door. The house still looks like it fits right into the neighborhood, albeit bigger, but when people walk in and see that soaring ceiling, the porches and decks, the soaring ceiling in (my) master bedroom reading nook, they are blown away. And the way you reused/repurposed so much of our existing furniture, it makes it all seem familiar and brand new at the same time.
Every project we’ve worked on with Phase II (is this the third?) has been seamless and a delight. You are some of the most talented people I know. Jim and I, and our entire family, have a real Shore House now.
Thank you! All our best, Nancy and Jim Marshall
