About Phase 2
Phase 2 Architecture & Interiors was established over 25 years ago by current owner and architect Jay M. Leistner, AIA. The Phase 2 team of five has a combined 79 years of experience in the field. During these years we have worked with clients along the East coast from Florida to New York.
Our mission is to provide excellent, innovative & personalized architectural and interior design services to our clients. By being active listeners and responsive in our process, we strive to work with each individual client in a team approach toward an end result that addresses not only the client's needs and budget, but also enhances their use of the space.

- Our People. A close group of architects and designers who work as a team to design spaces from the inside out and the outside in. Having our architects and interior designers working so closely, enhances the outcomes of our projects and differentiates Phase 2 from other firms.

Our projects include designing entire homes and small commercial buildings, as well as renovating kitchens, family rooms and bathrooms. Regardless of the project, we strive to design spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional and have excellent circulation and flow. Our designs are heavily influenced by views, focal points, solar orientation, energy efficiency and sustainability.
Our team also provides interior design services for existing spaces. Frequently our vision includes modifications to the space. Even subtle changes, such as, adding windows to flank a fireplace or widening a doorway, can be transformative!
