Just wanted to let you know that we had a lot of people over this weekend to check out the new house and everyone was completely blown away. They were all so impressed with the design and the craftsmanship. All they could say was "this house should be on HGTV" and "this kitchen is right out of a magazine." They are absolutely right! The house is really amazing and we, Jen and I, are very grateful for all of your hard work!!!

On behalf of the Committee, I wanted to say thank you so very much for going above and beyond with us last week. I apologize that it took so long to get this thank you out to you. Thank you for your patience with the glass art. I will keep you posted on that. Thank you for deciding on our signage so that it makes sense in the beautiful hallways . But most of all thank you for the extra help with the card room colors, the picture hanging, and the carpet decisions that were all so frustrating for the committee and yet so easy for you to jump in and handle.
Liz you are a great credit to Phase 2 and Jay. You’re artistic talent is amazing and it was fun to see it. You were just what we needed and I wanted to let you know how much you were appreciated. Have a Happy Holiday season and thank you again,

Dear Gang of Phase 2,
So nice of you to send us a goody basket to launch the season in our new, exceptionally wonderful home. The kudos are pouring in, even our next-door neighbor said the renovations were "tastefully done". Our closest friend who had not seen the house since it was framed, had the best reaction - he just sat and smiled in sheer and utter happiness.
I would be remiss if I didn't tell you how enjoyable you all made the design process. Ours was truly a collaborative process; I had a vision and you made it work. Your attention to detail, creativity, and "Can do" spirit resulted in a house we can all be proud of.
Please stop by for an ocean breeze, a gin & tonic, and a view that simply can't be beaten!
Dear Jay,
We made settlement today on our new condo and we are scheduled to move in next Tuesday. The place looks just spectacular and it's not quite finished. The design is striking but also very functional. We get lots of compliments. Everybody says wow! The process of starting with an idea developing a plan, picking out materials and watching it being built was like watching a dream become reality. It was both fun and a learning experience. We could have never done this without you and your team. You and Peg were an absolute pleasure to work with. Helen and I can't wait for you and Peg to come for a visit.
